Part of the original trio that founded innocent in 1999, Adam set up the foundation in 2004 with Jon and Rich and has been a Trustee ever since. The three of them still work together running JamJar Investments, which helps entrepreneurs build successful businesses and have a net positive effect on the world around them.
Amy is the foundation’s Director, responsible for setting the strategic direction and making sure the foundation runs smoothly. Amy has a wealth of experience in advocacy and food security programming, having sat as a technical expert on the Global Food Security Cluster. Prior to this, Amy spent several years supporting international grant programmes at Comic Relief as well as messaging for campaigns.
Camilla joined us from Oxfam, bringing lots of humanitarian experience. She became a foundation Trustee in 2019 and also heads up AMREF, a health charity working across sub-Saharan Africa.
Christina became a Trustee in 2012. She has over 20 years’ experience working with non-governmental organisations, multinational businesses, small-medium enterprises and community groups across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. She worked for Save the Children UK for many years and helped with their tsunami response. Since 2016, she has been working with the Sustainable Food Lab and UNDP, focusing on sustainability in agricultural supply chains.

Nick has been CEO of innocent drinks since June 2022 after joining as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland in 2015. During this time, he has led innocent to become a billion dollar brand while keeping ‘Europe’s favourite little drinks company’ accountable for its impact on people and the planet.

The three of them still work together running JamJar Investments. Rich is also the co-founder of Art Everywhere, a trustee of his own Reed Family Foundation and a patron of Peace One Day. He’s a busy guy.
SJ joined innocent in 2006 and did lots of different roles before becoming the people and culture director in 2018. She became a Trustee in 2015.
